Milling Inserts of the Gray Crystal Series 1604

General – purpose milling inserts for common steel and cast iron with a hardness below HRC 40°

Product Details

  1. Application – It is applicable to the rough machining of side milling, face milling, and contour milling for common steel and cast iron with a hardness below HRC 40°.
  2. Substrate – This end mill is made of sub-fine-grained tungsten carbide. While taking into account the toughness, it greatly improves wear resistance, prolongs tool life, and is suitable for more working conditions.
  3. Coating – The brand-new “double-sandwich” coating with high temperature resistance and wear resistance perfectly matches the substrate and performs exceptionally well in processing various working conditions.
