Product Details

1. Application – It is applicable to the rough machining and semi-finishing machining of side milling, face milling, and R-angle contour milling for common steel and cast iron with a hardness below HRC 45°.
2. Substrate – This end mill is made of ultrafine-grained tungsten carbide, which significantly improves wear resistance, prolongs the tool life, and is suitable for more working conditions.
3. Coating – It has a high cost-performance ratio, good wear resistance, a special design for the transition layer, extremely strong adhesion between the coating and the substrate, and outstanding antioxidant properties. It only undergoes slow oxidation when the temperature reaches as high as 1100 °C and has excellent high-temperature stability.
4. Precision – Our products offer excellent precision, with a cutting edge diameter tolerance of -0.02 mm.
