1. Application – Applicable to the semi-finishing machining of face milling, R-angle contour milling, and contour milling for common steel and cast iron with a hardness below HRC 30°.
2. Substrate – This end mill is made of fine-grained tungsten carbide. It is a material with ultra-high toughness, suitable for more working conditions and having extremely high versatility.
3. Coating – It has a high cost-performance ratio and boasts good anti-oxidation, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and heat insulation effects. Moreover, its high-temperature oxidation resistance temperature can reach 1100 °C, which effectively enhances the tool’s ability to withstand high temperatures and oxidation.
4. Precision – Our products provide outstanding precision, with a cutting edge diameter tolerance of -0.02 mm.
